GBDO NOT BUY FROM TREE CLASSICS I have posted my problems with Tree Classics elsewhere, bottom line is the products don't hold up, bought a $1200 tree in 09 and it was fine for 1 year total hassle to try to fix it in 2010 it now looks like it came from a dumpster, most lights don't work and the a lot hinged branches are broken. Decided to bite the bullet and buy another one this year accidentally bought a 12 foot tree and wanted a 10 ft. The only way after calling 4 times while the tree has not shipped to cancel and redo or change order etc it to wait on the tree to be delivered and then pay myself to return it and purchase another! I have been hung up on, lied to and feel totally cheated. DO NOT BUY FROM TREE CLASSICS! I have heard Balsam Hill is the same company, not sure, but I would not trust them without a lot of research. I will buy local though more expensive!

GBA majestic tree for a family homecoming. We purchased the 9' slim classic Fraser fir, and couldn't be happier with it. It looked very real, and was very full, with just enough nooks to tuck ornaments inside as well as strong branches to hang ornaments outside. This is the third tree we have purchased from Tree Classics. One lasted for 12 years before retirement, and another is still going strong after 5 years. Our latest is so well constructed that I expect another long life.

GBThis is my third tree from Tree… This is my third tree from Tree Classics (12 and 9 ft). My first two trees were fine -- received on time, in good condition with all parts working appropriately. My third tree (a slim 7 ft) arrived on time and good condition. Easy to put together until time to plug them in -- the plug on the mid portion does not have the appropriate number of spots to plug in the top and bottom sections. OOPS! A couple of the branches are floppy and will need to be fixed -- extra brackets come with the tree fortunately. Quality control was not the best on this tree. But otherwise I have had good look with Tree Classics with nice looking trees and lights.

GBTotal light failure on a 9' Fraser Fir Fall 2019 I purchased a 9' Fraser Fir with the color changing LED lights for the 2019 Christmas season. It worked properly when delivered. When put up for Christmas, the lights on the tree worked for about 6 hours, then died entirely. I notified the company which immediately identified the problem as a "bad transformer". After three phone calls, the company finally says it will not ship a replacement transformer until July 2020, about 9 months after purchase. Put another way, I must wait 7 months to even test to see if it is really a transformer problem. So far, Tree Classics has declined to toll the warranty. After writing to the CEO, Tree Classics has sent an email apologizing but indicating they may not be able to provide any relief until October or November 2020, about a year after the purchase. Which means I will not even be able to see if they are responding until then. Will they even still be in business in November?

GBPoor Quality & Customer Service Buyer beware! I purchased a pre-lit 9 foot Fraser Fir from Tree Classics last year. Brand new out of the box, a strand of lights on the tree didn't work. They sent a replacement tree but now this year another strand of lights isn't working and they claim the replacement section is out of stock until next Fall (2020) and they will not offer any other solutions for this year! Strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your Chistmas tree needs, Tree Classics quality and Customer Service are very poor.
