GBAlmost perfect After receiving my new Christmas tree a month or so ago, I unpacked it today. I was a little disappointed that the needles were so obviously plastic but I was really disappointed that it did not include a storage case. My last Tree Classics did and it was much used, making it so much easier to remove and return to the attic. I had seen references to the storage bag in the write-ups and thoroughly expected one to be included. Big disappointment!

GBLights stopped working Our tree has been great for the last 7 years, however, now entire pieces have stopped lighting up. I have tried replacing fuses, purchased a circuit tester, and purchased additional bulbs. I have spent hours trying to light up the sections that have stopped working. Next year, I will probably purchase a string of LED lights and wrap around the top of the tree. After that, I'll just haul it to the landfill. What is needed is a pre-lit tree where multiple bulbs can go out, but they do not affect the rest of the light string. What I need is a light whisperer......

GBTotal light failure on a 9' Fraser Fir Fall 2019 I purchased a 9' Fraser Fir with the color changing LED lights for the 2019 Christmas season. It worked properly when delivered. When put up for Christmas, the lights on the tree worked for about 6 hours, then died entirely. I notified the company which immediately identified the problem as a "bad transformer". After three phone calls, the company finally says it will not ship a replacement transformer until July 2020, about 9 months after purchase. Put another way, I must wait 7 months to even test to see if it is really a transformer problem. So far, Tree Classics has declined to toll the warranty. After writing to the CEO, Tree Classics has sent an email apologizing but indicating they may not be able to provide any relief until October or November 2020, about a year after the purchase. Which means I will not even be able to see if they are responding until then. Will they even still be in business in November?

GBI purchased a 9 foot prelit LED tree… I purchased a 9 foot prelit LED tree from Tree Classics. I opened it on arrival in October and all parts looked great. The tree was in good condition and all the lights worked. Upon setting it up in December, the plug on the stand was defective and kept popping out when trying to raise the stand. I had to hold it together with duct tape. After taking it down today I contacted the company and dealt with Monica in customer service and was told they would do NOTHING as there was only a 30 day warranty! What terrible customer service! I spent over $1100.00 and have to deal with this over a cheap defective stand! The tree was everything thing I expected. What a disappointment! I will never deal with this company again and highly recommend anyone looking to buy an artificial tree to remember that service on their product is paramount and theirs is terrible!

GBThis is my third tree from Tree… This is my third tree from Tree Classics (12 and 9 ft). My first two trees were fine -- received on time, in good condition with all parts working appropriately. My third tree (a slim 7 ft) arrived on time and good condition. Easy to put together until time to plug them in -- the plug on the mid portion does not have the appropriate number of spots to plug in the top and bottom sections. OOPS! A couple of the branches are floppy and will need to be fixed -- extra brackets come with the tree fortunately. Quality control was not the best on this tree. But otherwise I have had good look with Tree Classics with nice looking trees and lights.
