GBGood quality and good for you! I have ordered numerous items from this company. Mostly kitchen or bath gifts, and their snack and cleaning products are really good quality too! I feel better about the products I'm buying from them and recommend them to everyone I can.

NEVER AGAIN
GBApparently they can't ask their suppliers any questions, it's all hush hush and buyer beware! Apparently if you ask them to contact the supplier of the ingredients to their Razors For Body lubrication strips to see if they're vegan, they can't or won't because they refused to do so for me. If you cannot or will not contact a company that supplies you with ingredients then how can we as customers trust you as a reputable company? They simply stop replying to your emails when you try to reason with them. That's low, dirty, unprofessional and passive aggressive so NO MORE BRANDLESS FOR ME! I'll give my money to a company with decent customer service personnel the has some integrity! Stay away from this shady company!

GBSo very upset to loose all the great… So very upset to loose all the great items that made Brandless not only affordable, but a fantastic shopping source. They raised the price on just about every single non grocery item, completely got rid of the great food options and sold out to the CBD fad. So disappointed! The prices are expensive now, more than brand name competitors. Brandless was suppose to be affordable because they were brandless. New CEO is a sell out. This business will fold before too long, because they just ruined their customer base. Goodbye Brandless!

GBUnacceptable: no food-no warning! I fell in love with their food and now no food items on their wed page and didn't warn their faithful customers! Will their other items disappear too without warning? I can't trust BRANDLESS ANYMORE!

GBBeware! Do not expect real customer service from Brandless! Made a purchase in good faith - received a notification when box was "delivered," however the package was left outside on the sidewalk by USPS where it was soaked in the rain (a few more steps could have been under cover) - USPS is not available to speak to on the phone (the local office deliberately does not answer the phone, and the 800# is a joke), the package was originally shipped with UPS who handed off to USPS for some strange reason. When I contacted Brandless (only available through email who takes 24 hours for each response), I was told that I can call UPS or USPS (haha) to have the package picked up and then I can notify Brandless to send a replacement. Maximum customer inconvenience!
