GBThe service was great, but the product was not The service was great, got my order in a very timely manner, but the product itself was a bit under par. They work fine, but my complaint is that the finish on the wood is wearing off quickly even with hand washing. Im afraid they will warp soon enough (cooking utensils)

GBWHYYY??!! WHYYY??!! No more food, office supplies or affordable products?? Mostly everything used to be $3... why did this CEO think that taking away the most valued things and raising the prices was a good idea? This isn't the Brandless I was introduced to. I'm truly disappointed.

NEVER AGAIN
GBApparently they can't ask their suppliers any questions, it's all hush hush and buyer beware! Apparently if you ask them to contact the supplier of the ingredients to their Razors For Body lubrication strips to see if they're vegan, they can't or won't because they refused to do so for me. If you cannot or will not contact a company that supplies you with ingredients then how can we as customers trust you as a reputable company? They simply stop replying to your emails when you try to reason with them. That's low, dirty, unprofessional and passive aggressive so NO MORE BRANDLESS FOR ME! I'll give my money to a company with decent customer service personnel the has some integrity! Stay away from this shady company!

GBYou are not going crazy, most of the good stuff is gone. Spent 5 minutes trying to figure out where all the good stuff had gone? Did a couple double takes while looking for the Tea Tree Facial wipes and stumbled upon some "High End" facial toner at extreme price points. Next stop, search outside the site to find the new CEO is taking a different route and ditching the 3 dollar price point items. While that may help out pad your vacation homes $150 door mat, it does not help out our home my friend. Bu-bye Brandless. Been a customer since 2017 and will now be forced back into the sterile Amazon Pantry to find our items we need. While the site still feels inviting on their dot com, you will be scratching your head while you realize that are going after a different demo. Too bad, it was good while it lasted.

GBBrandless is a brand now? I'm a college student on a super tight budget, so Brandless was an awesome place to go for food/snacks/ingredients that felt like somewhat healthier, cleaner alternatives to what's available at the grocery store, and for less. It's been awhile since I ordered, and I just went to get some new snacks and it's all gone, which is devastating. The whole website is totally different and far more expensive, so the whole point of dropping the brand price is null. So disappointing to see this website hop on the CBD/health and wellness through supplements, drops, and powders kick.
