FRONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME BUY ONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME, OR PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO DELIVER FATSER. I got my package delivered in perfect condition and everything. However with very very few protection. Also I had sent them an email asking to pause my delivery or give me the possibility to change the delivery location because the processing was taking very long (it took around a week or more) and I didn’t know if the package would come in time (I had to leave but didn’t know when, so didn’t want to take any risk). Took them 3 days to reply, and it was after they gave the package to UPS, so no change was possible. Only thing left to do was hope it would arrive in time. Luckily it did, 1 hour before I left my house.

GBSlow shipping, inadequate/canned customer response. Slow prep, shipping and same old story from customer rep. Ordered 1 month and 10 days ago, estimated 3-5 weeks shipment. 8 days ago I requested updated ETA and was told 5-10 business days. I called again today and got the same "canned response" of 1-2 weeks. Seems like that's their typical response. Games start this weekend and we have nothing! I wish we had another option to get uniforms.

GBHORRIBLE customer service!! HORRIBLE customer service!!! Just gave me the run around for over a month and staff is incapable of reasonable problem solving conversation, basically they just read scripted policies over and over to customers with complaints and never solve the problem. They will not back a defective product and I'm out $250 and stuck with a pair of cleats that can not be worn without the potential to cause an injury. I was told to contact the boot maker (in Italy) myself!🙄

GBReading the Wegotsoccer reviews only… Reading the Wegotsoccer reviews only after having placed my order for the size ten Zoom Vapor 14 Pro, which no other site had in stock, my spirits were dampened if I’m honest. But the shoes came delivered as ordered and in a prompt fashion.

GBTerrible experience with return I returned an item (which of course I had to mail back myself at my own expense). The tracking showed it had been delivered to them two weeks ago at that point and I still did not receive a refund or any acknowledgment of receipt. I had to email multiple times to get a response and eventually a refund. Replied and said it should not be my job to micromanage my refund and that I was unhappy with my experience, and once again was ignored. These people are just jerks.
