GBCalled their call center to order meds… Called their call center to order meds for my pet and got a rep in a call center in Africa. Since they got acquired by PetCareRx this past January for 36 million dollars their customer service has been awful. Long wait times, phone service interruptions and customer service reps who don't speak English that well. I'll be using Chewy now for all my pet needs.

GBIf it's important DO NOT USE PETMED Do you like a company that takes no responsibility for their mistakes? Does not follow up with you? Is two weeks late just to ship something hats life altering for your pet? Get strong armed by customer service when you contact them that refuses to provide any kind of information when you call in for a status update and like children just blamed you for their poor service? 1800petmeds is for you! It took 2 weeks just to get them to print a label for my order and an addition week just to get it into shipping. I'm absolutely livid and they just threatened to cancel my order when I asked for. Status update?!!

GBCustomer service chat disconnected my chat .08 seconds later when I needed pet meds I'm a new customer who contacted customer service to ask a question about ordering because I needed immortal meds for my aging pet. The rep gave me a short answer to my question, then asked if there was anything else she could do for me or if she answered my question, but then she IMMEDIATELY disconnected the chat literally .08 seconds later. Not 1 second, not .1 second, *.08 seconds* later. I am truly disappointed with this service. I have the screenshots.

GBFirst of all I got charged a shipping… First of all I got charged a shipping fee after the whole big shabang of free shipping free shipping which is not that big of a deal but not once not twice three times after that I'm getting $4.99 charge for 99 charge etc I gave my credit card number against my better judgment so I could get antibiotics for my cat I told them and I'm telling everybody who's reading this

GBPoor service, slow shipping I used an online app that partners with this company to provide prescriptions for your pet. Unfortunately the vet don’t send prescriptions to pharmacy. I paid to expedite shipping due to my cat condition needing to be treated right away. The prescription order was placed on Thursday night and it’s Wednesday and I’m still waiting. My cat condition got a lot worse. I texted yesterday with customer service and it was not useful. At least they should have refund me what I paid for the 2nd day shipping. If I knew this in advance I would have taken my sick cat to the urgent care instead. I don’t have the extra money to do that now. My poor baby is going blind. UPS is also to blame and that’s why I’m giving this company 2 stars.
