Horrible experience Horrible experience! I got notification my Heartguard was shipped 4/12/24 by the 4/19 when I had not received it I called to find out what the hold up was. I was told they were waiting on my vet to authorize, which I found interesting because my vet is super responsive. So I called my vet who answered on the 2nd ring like always and was told they have nothing for my dog, we currently live at the vet because he has heart worms so I know they weren't lying to me. I called Pet med back and they said hold on we are contacting the vet on the phone now we will contact you if any issues, I left my cell and asked for a call if unable to get authorize after call. I receive no call and no shipping notification so I call Pet Med again the following day only to be given the same song and dance. This am I get an email from Pet Med while at the vet stating they are trying to contact my vet for authorization, I show it to the Vet and she looks, nothing from Pet Med at which she offered to call them herself directly. I declined I can't do business with a company that doesn't take the health of my dog seriously or at the very minimum practice good customer service.

Pets health at risk due to poor service. I’d give a lower review if possible I’d give a lower review if possible. Do yourself a favor don’t order from this company. Customer service is poor. Shipments are late. Quick to hangup and not listen on calls to confirm orders. Customer service works remotely and there are small children in background. Customer service makes mistakes regularly and puts pets health at risk. Use another company for your pets health. Purina is not a good brand for dogs or cats, yet it’s promoted and pushed via pet meds. Horrible customer service. Mistakes constantly. Long hold times. Don’t use this company.

FALSE ADVERTISING THIEVES purchased 2/27/24, received 5 days later & not the quantity that they had advertised. They emailed label, i returned item, confirmation of return on March 11th, told refund 5-7 business days. called two days ago said it was pending, called today two days later told 7-10 days had not been processed yet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FALSE ADVERTISING, SLOW TO REFUND THieves

Promo code scam I used a promo code for my last 2 orders that was promoted on the website to get a discount on my bulk order. They only send partial shipments of my last 2 orders, therefore not giving me bulk pricing for the items I did receive. I feel scammed and there was zero transparency. I submitted an email to customer service and never got a response.

Called their call center to order meds… Called their call center to order meds for my pet and got a rep in a call center in Africa. Since they got acquired by PetCareRx this past January for 36 million dollars their customer service has been awful. Long wait times, phone service interruptions and customer service reps who don't speak English that well. I'll be using Chewy now for all my pet needs.
