GBBait 'N Switch Scam @1800PetMeds is employing a bait 'n switch scam. Sent an email with an offer for 4 oz. Zymox, then absolutely refused to honor it. Have ordered this product many times for dog's chronic ear infections. Try to scam and waste my time? Never again. Reporting to FTC.

GBThe irritation not worth any savings Horrible customer service results in a horrible process. I chose to use PetMeds for convenience, savings, and to save time. Instead I waste time trying to correct things they messed up. I have orders not on autoship appear without placing them. My vet is constantly called about these orders I never placed. They cancel or change orders I actually did place without my knowledge or permission. When I think I finally got it all cleared up, my orders are somehow changed and messed up again. I want to cancel but my prescription is already on the way to them and I can't get another to take my business elsewhere. In the end, it's the fur-babies that are affected when they can't properly get their meds.

GBTime to find out about them! For starters I was on hold for customer service for over 40 minutes while the phone spewed their advertising. Originally the computer told me I was in for a 23 minute wait, but that got increased as it spewed another 20 minutes. However this time allowed me to research the Better Business Bureau's experience with them. The instances of outright fraud were amazing. So, when they finally picked up after 40 minutes, I gave the representative (Debby) a synopsis of what I had learned during my wait time, and told her I changed my mind about doing business with them. Somehow she didn't sound surprised. WHEW- I dodged that bullet!

GBPromo code scam I used a promo code for my last 2 orders that was promoted on the website to get a discount on my bulk order. They only send partial shipments of my last 2 orders, therefore not giving me bulk pricing for the items I did receive. I feel scammed and there was zero transparency. I submitted an email to customer service and never got a response.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience! I got notification my Heartguard was shipped 4/12/24 by the 4/19 when I had not received it I called to find out what the hold up was. I was told they were waiting on my vet to authorize, which I found interesting because my vet is super responsive. So I called my vet who answered on the 2nd ring like always and was told they have nothing for my dog, we currently live at the vet because he has heart worms so I know they weren't lying to me. I called Pet med back and they said hold on we are contacting the vet on the phone now we will contact you if any issues, I left my cell and asked for a call if unable to get authorize after call. I receive no call and no shipping notification so I call Pet Med again the following day only to be given the same song and dance. This am I get an email from Pet Med while at the vet stating they are trying to contact my vet for authorization, I show it to the Vet and she looks, nothing from Pet Med at which she offered to call them herself directly. I declined I can't do business with a company that doesn't take the health of my dog seriously or at the very minimum practice good customer service.
