Promo code scam I used a promo code for my last 2 orders that was promoted on the website to get a discount on my bulk order. They only send partial shipments of my last 2 orders, therefore not giving me bulk pricing for the items I did receive. I feel scammed and there was zero transparency. I submitted an email to customer service and never got a response.

One Happy Customer! I've used them for awhile now, have always had excellent fast service. Even when my vet wrote wrong size weigh for my dogs heart guard they contacted me right away and called vet for me and took care of issue. Great customer service, and good prices for us on tight budgets! They definitely have my business!

Great customer service experience! My $300+ order was shipped to the wrong address (the website didn’t save the new address I had input at checkout) so I called expecting to have to put my hackles up to get it sent to the correct one. The rep I spoke with though was AMAZING! I just explained the situation and he said they’ll reship a new order to the correct address with overnight shipping. PLUS there’s no robot you have to deal with before talking to an actual person and the wait time before he answered was less than two minutes! Such a great experience; I highly recommend :)

Avoid buying from PetMeds if at all… Avoid buying from PetMeds if at all possible... I HIGHLY recommend sticking with Chewy and more reliable pet supply companies. I ordered my dog's prescription food 11 days ago and it still has not shipped. The chat function on their website is useless. I have now had multiple agents tell me that they "will have someone from our order specialist dept to contact the vendor to see what is going on with the order and tracking." The agent continued to say, "I do know it does take 2 to 3 business days for the vendor to ship out the order." When you order with Chewy you receive your item at your door 2-3 days after you order it.

FALSE ADVERTISING THIEVES purchased 2/27/24, received 5 days later & not the quantity that they had advertised. They emailed label, i returned item, confirmation of return on March 11th, told refund 5-7 business days. called two days ago said it was pending, called today two days later told 7-10 days had not been processed yet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FALSE ADVERTISING, SLOW TO REFUND THieves
