GBThe worst Travel Agency that I experienced I had good experience using Abriggs before they were bought out by CIBT. The service was great then. Now, the service is all time worst. I submitted my China Visa application almost 1.5 months. I was rejected due to how they filled out my application. Also, I got no advice from them. The consultant even complained that I was too aggressive for follow up with her. My advice is NEVER use this agency for China Visa. They are just clueless and horrible. Go with a Chinatown Agency. They can do 100 times better.

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Hidden fees everywhere and customer service is extremely rude. Wish I could give 1*

GBMixed-- others I've referred have received great service; my rush order was overlooked. I would probably recommend A. Briggs (especially over dealing with embassies directly), but I would caution that if your email doesn't receive a response, you should follow up ASAP. I put in a rush order and received some materials by email after shipping the rest, and when I forwarded them, they were ignored for two days, by which point it was too late to proceed. I would have thought my order was already in the queue and the agent would be on the lookout for the final materials.

GBBefore and after CIBT buyout Before buyout a trustworthy company. After, too many hidden fees offered almost as an afterthought (one $25. fee written in light grey typeface almost impossible to see... but even if checked, they charge you anyway). I used the company for many years. During the last two uses I have been scammed by them..... twice. I'm done.

GBNot impressed. Botched my visa to Myanmar big time. I had to handle it overseas, it ended up altering my trip. Also gave me wrong information about a visa to the Andaman Islands. I expect a business who specializes in visas and passports to be proficient at their craft.
