GBWish they cared about the time sensitivity of my trip as much as I did! I paid for expedited service for a Saudi Visa. Too bad my visa arrived AFTER my flight to Saudi, which I then had to rebook...imaging the cost of that!!!. The timeline on their website is misleading. The turnaround times reflect the timeline of the embassy - and doesn't actually include Abriggs' time to prepare documents to send to the Embassy. The promised time should start from the time ABRIGGS receives all the required information. It does not and they did not see this as a problem at all. Had they been more explicit and upfront I would have known what to expect. When I called to check on status, there was no sense of urgency. And the estimated delivery date changed every day...to the next day..so that was basically a lie everyday until it wasn't. I am not likely to use them ever again.

GBTerrible This company was recommended to do a legalization of foreign documents. I did the online form and paid the initial fee because nobody will talk to you unless you do. I was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. It’s been over a week. I have called and emailed numerous times. Not a single response from this company. I have wasted more than a week of my time when I need this document urgently. Terrible, terrible , terrible customer service.

GBUnmotivated to help I tried to apply for a Chinese visa with the intention of receiving a one year, multi entry visa. However due to my father not having a Chinese visa that lasted that long (he invited me), they told me it would be impossible to get the one year multi entry and maybe even impossible to get a visa at all. I pushed for the one year and eventually they said they simply could not do it, all the while responding very coldly to my communication. With just a couple weeks until my trip, I went to VisaHQ and they did rush service faster and cheaper than ABriggs'. I really do not recommend ABriggs, they don't seem to be willing to help and are very obstinate in their policy.

GBGrifters Same as others users. This company will take large amounts of money and provide no service. A "rush" took $640 and 4 weeks (they lost paperwork).

GBThe worst Travel Agency that I experienced I had good experience using Abriggs before they were bought out by CIBT. The service was great then. Now, the service is all time worst. I submitted my China Visa application almost 1.5 months. I was rejected due to how they filled out my application. Also, I got no advice from them. The consultant even complained that I was too aggressive for follow up with her. My advice is NEVER use this agency for China Visa. They are just clueless and horrible. Go with a Chinatown Agency. They can do 100 times better.
