Solid service but not as good as it used to be in detail matters I have used A Briggs for nearly 10 years to get China Visas The service until 12 months ago was OUTSTANDING now its good. Main reason is the seeming disconnect between the physical location in DC where Visa is actually processed and the remote field offices (contractors?) who handle the actual dialog. As what I feel is a typical business person I am often meetings or unable to check E mail , so when an urgent issue arises sending me an e mail is NOT the solution. In the past they called me or sent a text so I know there was an issue. last time an urgent issue came up and it was 6 hours before I could check mail Almost too late to do anything. I will still used them but will look for other service where they dont cut corners by NOT having people in DC who handle the whole case

Terrible This company was recommended to do a legalization of foreign documents. I did the online form and paid the initial fee because nobody will talk to you unless you do. I was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. It’s been over a week. I have called and emailed numerous times. Not a single response from this company. I have wasted more than a week of my time when I need this document urgently. Terrible, terrible , terrible customer service.

Briggs got the job done, but not without leaving some questions answered. Expensive service, but got the visa in a quick time frame. Only issue was that there was trouble with the application, and although I called and left a VM for them, no one responded to my questions. That was very concering to not get a response after giving away my credit card information.

Mixed-- others I've referred have received great service; my rush order was overlooked. I would probably recommend A. Briggs (especially over dealing with embassies directly), but I would caution that if your email doesn't receive a response, you should follow up ASAP. I put in a rush order and received some materials by email after shipping the rest, and when I forwarded them, they were ignored for two days, by which point it was too late to proceed. I would have thought my order was already in the queue and the agent would be on the lookout for the final materials.

Paper pushers with no personal touch No one advised us that our visa would be issued immediately even though we specified a later date. This caused us to lose 3 months time on our 1 year visa. Would not pay for this service again.
