GBI would recommend this customer service… I would recommend this customer service rep to anyone who needs help. She was very polite and helpful in all respect. I kept interrupt her not intentional I am just very impatient. She was so understanding and was telling me she was sorry I was the one who was sorry. But she had patients and very apologetic she was great, and I hope if I ever must call back I get her. But I feel bad because I could not remember her name. GBno help at all no help at all. tried to reset my password using my email and i never received the email to reset it. i tried numerous times. and when i called no one was able to answer and their chat apparently doesn’t work even though they say it’s a 24/7 service
