USFraudulent company INF Hop Travel and Robin Assist I took insurance for my father in law visiting for 3 months recently, unfortunately he had a fracture in his T8 and then he was denied any kind of help. Inf insurance will trip you over after they take money from you, before selling they will tell you all kind of things and sell post sale service is pathetic. I had suffered a great loss, i paid 2500$ for their travel and the call their plans as not Insurance rather Travel assist this means you are at mercy of their hidden door reviews (medical team) Robin Assist team is the one who coordinates with you and they are partner in the crime with Inf Insurance. I suffered enough and i am paying out of pocket and still struggling to get any support, all they say is send them back to India for a better treatment. Note: My father in law is 77 yo and yet they sold the insurance at a higher premium rate despite of knowing complications they would come with. Now question is if you are only planning for a safe travel back when you are in an emergency they say the will cover some Flight reservation charges, etc.. this is all bulls**t .. Please dont fall for this company its the worst company you can imagine . i dont know if they will cover for any change in travel or

USMy parent visited me for the first time in the USA My parent visited me in the USA for the first in Xmas, we had INF Elite 80% plan with united health care network, and my dad has high blood pressure, we like the Robin Assist helped us to make the appointment which made the trip much easier, we used the urgent care, and he got the prescription to stabilize his blood pressure. I am glad we bought the INF plans insurance for them, so we don't need to worry about how to visit doctor.

USVery good and approachable customer… Very good and approachable customer service. Website/ online portal is pretty good too in terms of a wide variety of plan to suit everyone’s need. I personally liked the fact the after narrowing down my options to two plans, I could call customer support and discuss both plans to be able decide on one.

USDo not fall in the trap of paying higher for pre-existing condition Do not fall in the trap of paying higher for your parents with pre-existing conditions. My father has a diabetes and he brought insulin from India to sustain over longer period. But as his insulin stock was over I tried to connect with INF elite support team. The team gave misinformation and told me to get the prescription refill from Doctors Please app and it will be 0$ cost. When I actually went to pick the insulin at CVS they said it’s 500$ and INF elite customer care said we don’t cover any prescription refill for existing pre condition. So it’s a total waste of paying higher for pre existing condition if we can not even get a single refill for medication covered by INF. Totally disappointing experience.

USBMI plan initially denied claims, but resolved after customer support This company sells a travel assistance program claiming it's the best and covers everything unlike other travel insurance. Using this ruse, they also charge several times the premium. However, they are worse than other travel insurance and are hardly even an insurance. I got the BMI plan from them and this has a rule of reporting in 24 hours. However, this is ambiguous and they can interpret in a way to deny your claims. Even if a symptom of pain started less than 24 hours ago, they can claim that it was due to an issue from more than 24 hours ago. EDIT: This was resolved after reaching out to customer service and the required medical provider call and prescription medicine were provided.
