GBAdvantaged covered when I needed I enrolled in the INF Advantage plan for my mom because she's been having very brittle bones recently. The coverage came in handy when she accidentally slipped in the bathtub and fractured her tibia. of course this was covered by the insurance because it was an accident and they paid really really well. I'm really happy that they offered 150,000 coverage because my total bill was around 48,000 and they paid around 40,000 of that.

INBooking experience was amazing Booked INF BMI VIP+ for my dad, as Pre-existing coverage was not our goal. Plan looks good (essentially equivalent of Elite with lower limit for pre-existing). Prakash helped clarify everything very nicely, and booking experience was 5-star with all questions answered over the chat.

KHTravelling down to San Antonio to visit… Travelling down to San Antonio to visit my daughter. After hearing the cost of childbirth, I didn't want to take the risk of not visiting without insurance. I have a Canadian annual travel plan- but I recently had a heart issue which they say wouldn't be covered. I found INF through google and they offered me the only plan which does not exclude any heart condition. I had the peace of mind where I could finally travel.

GBPrakash at INF Visitor Care is… Prakash at INF Visitor Care is extremely resourceful and is well versed with the travel health insurance plans offered through INF. He is very professional, friendly, and answers all questions very patiently. He responds to queries promptly. I have purchased the INF Premier plan with preexisting coverage without any hassle. I would purchase this again in the future. Manjula Ananthram

GBBMI plan initially denied claims, but resolved after customer support This company sells a travel assistance program claiming it's the best and covers everything unlike other travel insurance. Using this ruse, they also charge several times the premium. However, they are worse than other travel insurance and are hardly even an insurance. I got the BMI plan from them and this has a rule of reporting in 24 hours. However, this is ambiguous and they can interpret in a way to deny your claims. Even if a symptom of pain started less than 24 hours ago, they can claim that it was due to an issue from more than 24 hours ago. EDIT: This was resolved after reaching out to customer service and the required medical provider call and prescription medicine were provided.
