I enrolled my dad after he had a triple bypass surgery- just to be on safe side. Luckily i had the full pre-ex coverage so when he had chest tightness it was covered. These are expensive plans, relatvie to obamacare it's a steal!

After hearing some horror stories- we decided to invest in a insurance policy for our US travel. since our provincial (we're from Canada), insurance does not cover anything meaningful. I was very thankful i got INF because my wife has appendicitis during our stay- they bill was close to $60,000 and INF took care of us. I've recommended INF to fellow snow birds such as myself.

If you are traveling and looking for insurance. Go for INF!! My father got a heart attack on 24th July. He was rushed to the hospital into the emergency room. He later had an open heart surgery. I called INF helpdesk and they explained me the whole claim process. Helped me register an account. Anytime I had a question, the response was the very next minute. They have been just excellent in answering any questions and helping with the claims. The insurance and coverage is excellent too. I highly recommend them!

Bought BMI VIP plan for parents Bought BMI VIP plan for parents when they arrived in April 2021. After two days , Dad started having COVID symptoms. Called BMI and they helped to book appointment for testing. After couple of days , we went to ER because he wasn't feeling well. Again INF/BMI helped. All this time, we never paid anything. All claims and appointment taken care by insurance directly. I would definitely recommend INF (BMI VIP plan).
