If you are traveling and looking for insurance. Go for INF!! My father got a heart attack on 24th July. He was rushed to the hospital into the emergency room. He later had an open heart surgery. I called INF helpdesk and they explained me the whole claim process. Helped me register an account. Anytime I had a question, the response was the very next minute. They have been just excellent in answering any questions and helping with the claims. The insurance and coverage is excellent too. I highly recommend them!

My parent visited me for the first time in the USA My parent visited me in the USA for the first in Xmas, we had INF Elite 80% plan with united health care network, and my dad has high blood pressure, we like the Robin Assist helped us to make the appointment which made the trip much easier, we used the urgent care, and he got the prescription to stabilize his blood pressure. I am glad we bought the INF plans insurance for them, so we don't need to worry about how to visit doctor.

I would recommend anyone getting a… I would recommend anyone getting a visitor plan to tkae a look at the elite coverage. I enrolled my dad after he had a triple bypass surgery- just to be on safe side. Luckily i had the full pre-ex coverage so when he had chest tightness it was covered. These are expensive plans, relatvie to obamacare it's a steal!

Good product, Tough to Contact Staff Sometimes Good product, but sometimes tough to get in contact with staff. I enrolled in the INF Premier plan for my mom since she has some thyroid issues. However, I suppose i needed the accident cover. Mom burned herself cooking dinner for us, and I had to take her to emergency room. Since it was holiday weekend, I had trouble getting in touch with anyone at the office. Its was OK though- bills were submitted and paid, and they did call me on the day they were opened. Overall, the insurance did what it was supposed to so i guess i am happy.
