BMI plan initially denied claims, but resolved after customer support This company sells a travel assistance program claiming it's the best and covers everything unlike other travel insurance. Using this ruse, they also charge several times the premium. However, they are worse than other travel insurance and are hardly even an insurance. I got the BMI plan from them and this has a rule of reporting in 24 hours. However, this is ambiguous and they can interpret in a way to deny your claims. Even if a symptom of pain started less than 24 hours ago, they can claim that it was due to an issue from more than 24 hours ago. EDIT: This was resolved after reaching out to customer service and the required medical provider call and prescription medicine were provided.

Travelling down to San Antonio to visit… Travelling down to San Antonio to visit my daughter. After hearing the cost of childbirth, I didn't want to take the risk of not visiting without insurance. I have a Canadian annual travel plan- but I recently had a heart issue which they say wouldn't be covered. I found INF through google and they offered me the only plan which does not exclude any heart condition. I had the peace of mind where I could finally travel.

Very good and approachable customer… Very good and approachable customer service. Website/ online portal is pretty good too in terms of a wide variety of plan to suit everyone’s need. I personally liked the fact the after narrowing down my options to two plans, I could call customer support and discuss both plans to be able decide on one.

finally... a REAL COMPANY! i had very disheartened with my experience using another insurance last time my parents came. Was recommended from a friend at work to look at INF. I really like their service- they always answer the chat, phone calls up to 11:30 pm, emails- the even gave their whatsapp so my parents can call during flight. top notch service- i recommed all the way...
