I personally liked the fact the after narrowing down my options to two plans, I could call customer support and discuss both plans to be able decide on one.

Bought BMI VIP plan for parents Bought BMI VIP plan for parents when they arrived in April 2021. After two days , Dad started having COVID symptoms. Called BMI and they helped to book appointment for testing. After couple of days , we went to ER because he wasn't feeling well. Again INF/BMI helped. All this time, we never paid anything. All claims and appointment taken care by insurance directly. I would definitely recommend INF (BMI VIP plan).
