Travelling down to San Antonio to visit… Travelling down to San Antonio to visit my daughter. After hearing the cost of childbirth, I didn't want to take the risk of not visiting without insurance. I have a Canadian annual travel plan- but I recently had a heart issue which they say wouldn't be covered. I found INF through google and they offered me the only plan which does not exclude any heart condition. I had the peace of mind where I could finally travel.

I had a bad experience with INF visitor… I had a bad experience with INF visitor care. I bought the insurance for my parents. I was told that I will refund of 10% of corporate discount. I still have not received any. I tried emailing them multiple time no response. I contacted them, they created ticket on behalf of me but never provided any update.

Can't thank INF enough Can't thank INF enough, with this visitor's insurance company. Gave them a shot after a rough experience last year with another group that I'd rather not mention, but just glad things all worked out. Had a claim for an Rx antibiotic after an accident for my Mom, and INF got me PIF! Add professionalism to this list and I have to admit, you have a customer for life. Thank You, thank you!

finally... a REAL COMPANY! i had very disheartened with my experience using another insurance last time my parents came. Was recommended from a friend at work to look at INF. I really like their service- they always answer the chat, phone calls up to 11:30 pm, emails- the even gave their whatsapp so my parents can call during flight. top notch service- i recommed all the way...

6 months ago 6 months ago, my Mom had a minor kidney issue, that unexpectingly became a bit major. Actually a ER visit that cost an estimated $5,000. INF's PREMIER Plan covered the claim as well as my peace of mind! Really thankfully this group has a plan that covers pre existing kidney probs.....
