Advantaged covered when I needed I enrolled in the INF Advantage plan for my mom because she's been having very brittle bones recently. The coverage came in handy when she accidentally slipped in the bathtub and fractured her tibia. of course this was covered by the insurance because it was an accident and they paid really really well. I'm really happy that they offered 150,000 coverage because my total bill was around 48,000 and they paid around 40,000 of that.

I enrolled my dad after he had a triple bypass surgery- just to be on safe side. Luckily i had the full pre-ex coverage so when he had chest tightness it was covered. These are expensive plans, relatvie to obamacare it's a steal!

Good product, Tough to Contact Staff Sometimes Good product, but sometimes tough to get in contact with staff. I enrolled in the INF Premier plan for my mom since she has some thyroid issues. However, I suppose i needed the accident cover. Mom burned herself cooking dinner for us, and I had to take her to emergency room. Since it was holiday weekend, I had trouble getting in touch with anyone at the office. Its was OK though- bills were submitted and paid, and they did call me on the day they were opened. Overall, the insurance did what it was supposed to so i guess i am happy.

Best visitors insurance. No brainer. Regarding the service, once you buy the plan - you can access memd and "doctor please" services for free and meet doctors over video calls - you get discounts on prescriptions and refills using the code provided by inf - you can visit really good hospitals such as stanford, el camino at negotiated prices. Absolutely no brainer to go with inf and have a good peace of mind with this service.
