GBI was overcharged in shipping …. I was overcharged in shipping ….. A Bessler staff member called me and explained I was overcharged and they would reimburse me …… in my opinion this is over and beyond taking care of their customers….. Thank you !! Will definitely use them in the future!!

GBHighly recommended company. Very good company. They have almost everything. I bought a part online after speaking to someone there and verified that was the right part. Wrong part was sent, but they fixed the issue immediately. GREAT customer service.

GBExcellent service Excellent service. I needed a 4.2 liter motor for my 2006 ford truck. Ordered it on their web site on a Sunday night, received a call from them the following day - that motor was not available (web site in process of being revised and updated). They helped me find another motor, and followed up with calls as to when ready, and then to verify I had received what I ordered. While I hope I never need their service again, you can be sure if I do I will shop at Besslers first.

GBTransmission issue Buy at your own RISK! I purchased a Korean built C/V trans. for a 2016 Nissan Rogue. I provided him the vin for the vehicle. Seller substituted a Japan built trans. for my Korean built vehicle. I informed seller of mix up before install, but Corey assured me that the trans. was interchangeable. So we installed the trans and programmed the car but it would not move. Per Nissan dealer, they informed me the transmissions are NOT interchangeable. I installed a rebuilt Nissan trans. works great. Yes they issued refund for trans. but I am out $2000 for labor and programming for there substitution of first transmission. Not impressed!!!

GBGreat customer service. 2005 extra cab rear doors. I ordered a truck door for pick-up in Massilon from the website with help from a Bessler employee using the wesite txt app. Bessler sent me a txt when the door arrived. When I went to pick up the door I found I had ordered the wrong side. The Bessler counter person said no problem we can refund the payment and order the correct door. After looking at the great condition of the first door I decided to keep it and thankfully the door side I originally wanted to purchase was on the property. Even though it was close to closing time they pulled the door from the warehouse. I left Bessler with 2 rear doors for a 2005 GMC 2500 extra-cab for a great price. I was very happy with the attitude and assistance of the parts counter and shipping dock personnel. I drove 2 hours to pick up the doors and would make the trip again to pick-up parts.
