Rare bad experience. I ordered a rear axle on line from them. Never got it. I called several times with no reply. Adam from Besslers reached out me to explain the unfortunate series of events that created this mess and did his best to make it right. I use Besslers in Hebron a lot and never had an issue so I will consider this an anomaly.

Rear axle assembly Ordering process was super simple. However notification of order readiness is lacking. Had to follow up several times on day of promise date and leave without knowing if part had arrived at pick up location. Took 45 minutes for part to be retrieved a loaded. Got home to realize what was supposed to be a complete rear axle assembly was missing the parking brake shoes and hardware on one side. Axle also looked completely different than original however it was compatible.

Quick and Easy Right part, fair price. I was a bit surprised that parts had to be ordered in advance by phone or on-line. I've been buying used parts for 40+ years and this is new to me, but it worked well once I figured it out.

Good customer service I had an initial negative experience since I was sent the wrong part and could not make contact to receive help. However, Billy reached out and took care of my issue with exceptional customer service. Thank you for making the "right"!

I ordered a passenger side view mirror… I ordered a passenger side view mirror for my 2017 Honda Accord Sport from Bessler Auto Parts. I sent a message to Bessler asking questions about product and refund policies. Bessler responded quickly and answered all my questions. They communicated well and they were willing to help. When I informed them I found product for a cheaper price they reached out to me. Bessler allowed me to keep the product and gave me a full refund. I was informed by them I may need the part later and to keep it. I asked to make sure I wasn't hearing thi go when they told me to keep product and they would be refunding my money. Great customer service and I definitely will be using them again for any Auto parts needs.
