Wonderful company and service. Highly recommend. We signed up initially for bi-monthly pick ups and paid a year in advance, but it didn’t take long to realize this vegan family of 5 needed the weekly option. I messaged them and they let me pay the difference to make it happen. My interactions with the delivery/pickup driver were always brief, but pleasant. They’re doing great work and I’m happy with the service they have provided me.

If you don’t want to deal with the mess… If you don’t want to deal with the mess of doing your own compost, this is a great service. They are easy to work with, collecting your bucket on a regular schedule and replacing it with a new one. Three customer service features I like are the yearly billing discount option, the pick up reminder emails, and the pick up person’s effort to collect the bucket even when I forget to put it out. Also I appreciate being able to stop service when went on vacation.

Blooming Good Service Key City Compost has always been quick to respond to my questions and any changes I need to make for my pickups. They are very professional and easy to work with. It makes me happy to be able to have my compostable trash put to use other than filling up the land fills. Even better, the soil I received from the compost made my hydrangea bloom like I've never seen before.

I Love Key City Compost! I love Key City Compost! I've been a customer since April of 2019 and have never had any problems. They are always true to their word - My compost bucket is picked up and replaced when they say it will be and when there are schedule changes needed (weather, holidays, etc...) I always get enough notice. I've also had occasional questions about what I can put in the bucket and I've always gotten prompt answers. I love that I can keep my food scraps out of the landfill and still get quality compost for my garden without having to do all the hard work in between.
