Terrible experience with this company Terrible experience with this company. I ordered pick up of a medium swing set, among other items. I sent a picture, and two days later they inform me that a toddlers swing set was actually a play structure because it was outside, had a small side, and was made of wood even though the description of medium swing set includes a slide and makes no distinction about where it is located or what it is made of (wood or otherwise). They tried to charge me an extra $600, and when I refused and cancelled 5 days before pickup, they wouldn't refund my money without a 20% cancellation fee. Avoid using this service.

50% Refund Policy??? Say it ain't so! Setup an appointment to pick up one upright freezer and one chest freezer that are no longer working. On the day of the scheduled pick up the driver contacted me wanting to cancel the pickup for that day and reschedule for the next day because of inclement weather. I then immediately called the company requesting to cancel the pickup since I no longer needed their services. When I called the representative told me I was only entitled to a 50% refund even though they failed to meet the terms of our agreement. It was explained to me that it was their company policy and there was nothing that could be done. Highly unprofessional company that kept almost $100 of my money for no services rendered. Stay far away from these crooks. You've been warned.
