Not a great experience Not a great experience. I took a picture of the bball goal, explained it was heavy and bolted down. The loader did not bring the right tools or enough help. Left twice the first scheduled day and came back after rescheduling and then left again. I ended up having to take down the goal myself with a helper with just a little effort. He sent two other guys and didn’t come back, I ended up having to help them load it, after I paid for the basketball goal to get loaded away. Wouldn’t use this company again. The customer service was great (only reason I’m giving two stars) though and sent me a refund for taking down the goal myself.

Highly recommend! The process is well designed, easy to use and the actual service was exemplary. The team was ontime, prepared and worked diligently to handle the removal of the three large items we had listed. A great process!
