Terrible experience with this company Terrible experience with this company. I ordered pick up of a medium swing set, among other items. I sent a picture, and two days later they inform me that a toddlers swing set was actually a play structure because it was outside, had a small side, and was made of wood even though the description of medium swing set includes a slide and makes no distinction about where it is located or what it is made of (wood or otherwise). They tried to charge me an extra $600, and when I refused and cancelled 5 days before pickup, they wouldn't refund my money without a 20% cancellation fee. Avoid using this service.

Amazing service and the best price… Amazing service and the best price around. I received three quotes and LoadUp offered the best options and price. The online setup was a breeze and communication from beginning to end was extremely thorough. The pickup team were extremely courteous and moved both quickly and carefully to remove the furniture. I would give 6 stars of I could for the excellent service.

First time using them First time using them, liked that I could prepay online and got texts the day of service letting me know to expect contact from an assigned worker. They responded within the time window and arrived ahead of schedule and were in and out in about a minute. Very convenient and will use again if needed.
