The furniture was to be donated and they mentioned probably to the Salvation Army. I would recommend LoadUp if you’re looking for an easy way to donate furniture or simply have it removed. Jose arrived on time and got the job done promptly Jose arrived on time and appropriately dressed. He found my place without me needing to talk him in. He carefully removed the mattress from my bedroom and out of the apartment with no damage to anything. I would highly recommend him for your moving needs.

Worst company in the world Worst company in the world. Required upfront huge payment, never showed removed terms with neighbors, then company takes 50% of payment. Complete scam and we should have known from looking on line and paying up front. Might be good in the south, but screws the north.

The online setup was a breeze and communication from beginning to end was extremely thorough. The pickup team were extremely courteous and moved both quickly and carefully to remove the furniture.
