GBRemoval of Grandfather Clock Great service and friendly personnel! Was notified when the driver would be showing up and was able to communicate with that person to give directions for a meet up. The whole process of taking the grandfather clock I needed blasted maybe 10 minutes. Excellent work.

GB50% Refund Policy??? Say it ain't so! Setup an appointment to pick up one upright freezer and one chest freezer that are no longer working. On the day of the scheduled pick up the driver contacted me wanting to cancel the pickup for that day and reschedule for the next day because of inclement weather. I then immediately called the company requesting to cancel the pickup since I no longer needed their services. When I called the representative told me I was only entitled to a 50% refund even though they failed to meet the terms of our agreement. It was explained to me that it was their company policy and there was nothing that could be done. Highly unprofessional company that kept almost $100 of my money for no services rendered. Stay far away from these crooks. You've been warned.

GBDon't waste your time. Today I had the distinct pleasure of working with LoadUp today for a simple couch removal. I was assigned a worker for my removal at 8:10 Am. 7.5 hours later I noticed that the tracker is not working. I reached out to customer service only to be informed by Max & Aaron that whomever was supposed to complete my service is out sick and that there isn't anyone in my area to do this service. I begrudgingly completed the service myself and since their service was no longer required due to their lack of availability, I asked for a refund. I was informed by Max that I would only receive half of total funds rendered for the service due to them cancelling the reservation since they were no longer required. $80 was paid for a service that wasn't even assigned or completed. Please look elsewhere for any of your item removal needs. This was a complete waste of time and money. Customer Service is also a text only service & did respond to my inquiries very quickly until I asked about a refund.

GBLoaders were scheduled 8am-12pm Loaders were scheduled 8am-12pm. I got a message after 12pm wanting to reschedule 12pm-4pm. Do not give your money to this company! Would not refund my money so I could use a different service. They said I would be canceling even though their drivers never arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

GBNot a great experience Not a great experience. I took a picture of the bball goal, explained it was heavy and bolted down. The loader did not bring the right tools or enough help. Left twice the first scheduled day and came back after rescheduling and then left again. I ended up having to take down the goal myself with a helper with just a little effort. He sent two other guys and didn’t come back, I ended up having to help them load it, after I paid for the basketball goal to get loaded away. Wouldn’t use this company again. The customer service was great (only reason I’m giving two stars) though and sent me a refund for taking down the goal myself.
