The furniture was to be donated and they mentioned probably to the Salvation Army. I would recommend LoadUp if you’re looking for an easy way to donate furniture or simply have it removed. Very pleasant experience!

Loaders were scheduled 8am-12pm Loaders were scheduled 8am-12pm. I got a message after 12pm wanting to reschedule 12pm-4pm. Do not give your money to this company! Would not refund my money so I could use a different service. They said I would be canceling even though their drivers never arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Load up is a great service! Load up is a great service! My drivers: Jesus and his wife were phenomenal, the nicest people, extremely efficient and very fast. I highly recommend Load up as a service and if you get Jesus and his wife you are very lucky; Jesus and his wife’s service quite simply redefines excellence.

We'll Continue to Use LoadUp We've used LoadUp a couple of times to help us clear space after a recent move. Both times the experience was terrific. The scheduling process was very easy, the quote was accurate and reasonable, and the crews were great to work with. We'll continue to use LoadUp in the future. A+.

Worst company in the world Worst company in the world. Required upfront huge payment, never showed removed terms with neighbors, then company takes 50% of payment. Complete scam and we should have known from looking on line and paying up front. Might be good in the south, but screws the north.
