Exceeds Expectations Great product! I was a little hesitant to spend the money on the V2 Large Pack, but I'm so glad I did. It works great as a personal item for my business air traveling, along with the pack accessories I purchased. Between this product and my carry-on, I can pack everything I need for an extended trip.

Customer Service Amazing and Love My Bag Customer Service was amazing! Rachel's response time and resolutions were top notch. The expandability aspect of the backpack has helped during the West Maui fires as I walked between my home and work. There are a few personal, minor design preferences that I wish could be improved on, and will go over them in a YouTube review once things settle down here. I do love my bag and am cherishing it as it was a birthday present from my family.

Great bag Great bag. Well made. Comfortable on the back. Organization light weight. Fits computer and all I need for a weekend away. Great color. Good value.

My First Order My First Order After trying several attempts to do an order, I was greeted by a return telephone call. Amanda's concern with my issue and her willingness to give me the customer support I needed, 5 star was well deserved.

The Best work backpack! ordering is simple, delivery is exactly as they say. This is the best work backpack I've had. I love how it's also like a GO BAG, as I have an extra set up clothes in the hidden middle compartment just in case I don't get home or I spill something on my clothes while I'm working. Built well, amazing customer service when needed.
