Customer Service Amazing and Love My Bag Customer Service was amazing! Rachel's response time and resolutions were top notch. The expandability aspect of the backpack has helped during the West Maui fires as I walked between my home and work. There are a few personal, minor design preferences that I wish could be improved on, and will go over them in a YouTube review once things settle down here. I do love my bag and am cherishing it as it was a birthday present from my family.

If you’re genuinely honest about wanting reviews, you need to read, post, and heed this feedback. Knock it off. Your review fetish is irritating noise for your customers.

Organized So many pockets for organization. Being able to unzip three sides of the large pocket makes clothes packing easy. The truncated form is handy when you don't need a large clunky bag. The expandable packing cubes are essential for travel in any suitcase/bag.

Fantastic Product and The process was smooth and informative. The KNACK website provides various product info and allows easy comparison of their bags to determine what product will meet ones needs. The picture of the product on a persons back was extremely helpful since there were models of different heights. The bag itself is fantastic! It is sturdy, sleek and offers plenty of room. Once the extra storage section is opened, there is so much that can be put into the bag. I was able to pack 4 days of shirts, undergarments and socks into 1 small and 1 medium KNACK packing cube, which fit perfectly in the KNACK expandable section

Flat-open Clamshell and Compression Design Make This Bag a Hit This bag is very well made with smart design and high quality hardware. I bought it for the clamshell flat opening but LOVE the compression system, which with a light load can still be compressed even if the main section has some content. A surprise that the bag comes with a waterproof cover, which has been the game changer during weekend scooter escapes on Bali during monsoon season. This is a great bag and I expect it to last a lifetime. I bought the medium with three small compression packs and it keeps me very organized.
