GBI recently ordered the mixed metal band… I recently ordered the mixed metal band from Wise band when it came there were no instructions included so when I complained, they sent me instructions and a video which I appreciate it very much. But it was still more than I wanted to fool with so to compensate for my disappointment, they supplied me with another Choice customer service was great thank you so much wise

GBTop notch customer service! My wife loves these bands, in fact she has several of them. She had asked for one for her birthday and I ordered what I thought she wanted. Turned out I screwed up and ordered the wrong one. I reached out to Wizebands to see if I could exchange it and they said no exchange necessary, they immediately sent me the one my wife wanted and asked that I either donate the unwanted band, give it as a gift, or just keep it. Amazing customer service, can’t recommend them enough. I wish more companies operated this way. Thank you for dedication to happy customers!

NLGreat service! Looking for a stylish Apple Watch band I came across the website of Wizeband. So much to choose from! I ordered 3 (2+1 deal) and they arrived much quicker than expected. Although I really loved them they were too big for my small wrists, even after adjusting the size. I contacted customerservice to arrange my return and got a quick and superfriendly reply. They even did some suggestions for smaller bands. Unfortunately those were not the style I was looking for. Emily arranged a full return of my costs and I did not have to return the bands. In line with their environmental goals they asked me to find them a loving home locally, which I will sure do! Hope to order at Wizeband again some day :-)

ISI asked for a copy of the tracking… I asked for a copy of the tracking e-mail because I think that I deleted it by accident and got an answer the next day and the merchandise 2-3 days later.
