No problem to get a refund! Impressed with this company! I needed to return 2 watch bands so I emailed WizeBand and got an email back promptly from one of their reps Emily. She was very efficient, she said it was no need to return the watch bands, instead she told me to re-gift them, which I certainly will do. Full refund and excellent service. I totally recommend this company to anyone. Go WizeBand....lol!

They promptly addressed all my concerns about my orders twice, and even followed up on my requests to ensure everything was resolved as expected. I am thoroughly impressed by the… I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service from WizeBand. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size bands for my watch. When I contacted WizeBand to find out how to exchange the bands for the right size, they responded immediately, are sending me the correct size at no charge and asked that I gift the wrong sized bands in order to be more sustainable. This was my mistake and they totally came through. I will go back to WizeBand for all my watch needs. What a great company!

Great service! Looking for a stylish Apple Watch band I came across the website of Wizeband. So much to choose from! I ordered 3 (2+1 deal) and they arrived much quicker than expected. Although I really loved them they were too big for my small wrists, even after adjusting the size. I contacted customerservice to arrange my return and got a quick and superfriendly reply. They even did some suggestions for smaller bands. Unfortunately those were not the style I was looking for. Emily arranged a full return of my costs and I did not have to return the bands. In line with their environmental goals they asked me to find them a loving home locally, which I will sure do! Hope to order at Wizeband again some day :-)
