No problem to get a refund! Impressed with this company! I needed to return 2 watch bands so I emailed WizeBand and got an email back promptly from one of their reps Emily. She was very efficient, she said it was no need to return the watch bands, instead she told me to re-gift them, which I certainly will do. Full refund and excellent service. I totally recommend this company to anyone. Go WizeBand....lol!

Top notch customer service! My wife loves these bands, in fact she has several of them. She had asked for one for her birthday and I ordered what I thought she wanted. Turned out I screwed up and ordered the wrong one. I reached out to Wizebands to see if I could exchange it and they said no exchange necessary, they immediately sent me the one my wife wanted and asked that I either donate the unwanted band, give it as a gift, or just keep it. Amazing customer service, can’t recommend them enough. I wish more companies operated this way. Thank you for dedication to happy customers!
