GBWhen my years old Wizeband Vincenza… When my years old Wizeband Vincenza band, which I loved, needed to be replaced, I ordered several new styles. Two of them didn’t suit me, and I was unable to size the one I liked. With no questions asked, the company gave me a full refund and asked me to gift/donate the bands. Amazing service, and I’ll order again from them.

ISI asked for a copy of the tracking… I asked for a copy of the tracking e-mail because I think that I deleted it by accident and got an answer the next day and the merchandise 2-3 days later.

CAGreat customer service! I have been a customer of WizeBand for awhile now. Both my husband and I own a few of there bands. I recently bought him a replacement band for the current one he was using. When it came the latch would not stay closed. Customer service was quick to spring to action, and after a few questions were answered a new band was on it's way. Standing behind your product speaks volumes. Great service.
