Great service! Looking for a stylish Apple Watch band I came across the website of Wizeband. So much to choose from! I ordered 3 (2+1 deal) and they arrived much quicker than expected. Although I really loved them they were too big for my small wrists, even after adjusting the size. I contacted customerservice to arrange my return and got a quick and superfriendly reply. They even did some suggestions for smaller bands. Unfortunately those were not the style I was looking for. Emily arranged a full return of my costs and I did not have to return the bands. In line with their environmental goals they asked me to find them a loving home locally, which I will sure do! Hope to order at Wizeband again some day :-)

Great customer service! I have been a customer of WizeBand for awhile now. Both my husband and I own a few of there bands. I recently bought him a replacement band for the current one he was using. When it came the latch would not stay closed. Customer service was quick to spring to action, and after a few questions were answered a new band was on it's way. Standing behind your product speaks volumes. Great service.

Excellent Customer Service Excellent customer service! After placing an order with WizeBand, I realized I purchased the wrong size on a case for my Apple Watch. I emailed the company and Emily replied back that my order had already gone out. However, WizeBand was sending me the correct size watch case separately and asked me to pass along the other wrong size case to someone who could use it. It was my error, yet WizeBand rectified it so nicely. Definitely makes me want to order from them again!

Do not buy from this brand Do not buy from this brand. If there is a problem customer service is non existent. No clear return process. Got an email with a badly written address no return label. Do not waste your money buying from them
