ISI asked for a copy of the tracking… I asked for a copy of the tracking e-mail because I think that I deleted it by accident and got an answer the next day and the merchandise 2-3 days later.

GBTop notch customer service! My wife loves these bands, in fact she has several of them. She had asked for one for her birthday and I ordered what I thought she wanted. Turned out I screwed up and ordered the wrong one. I reached out to Wizebands to see if I could exchange it and they said no exchange necessary, they immediately sent me the one my wife wanted and asked that I either donate the unwanted band, give it as a gift, or just keep it. Amazing customer service, can’t recommend them enough. I wish more companies operated this way. Thank you for dedication to happy customers!

GBWhen my years old Wizeband Vincenza… When my years old Wizeband Vincenza band, which I loved, needed to be replaced, I ordered several new styles. Two of them didn’t suit me, and I was unable to size the one I liked. With no questions asked, the company gave me a full refund and asked me to gift/donate the bands. Amazing service, and I’ll order again from them.
