GBNo problem to get a refund! Impressed with this company! I needed to return 2 watch bands so I emailed WizeBand and got an email back promptly from one of their reps Emily. She was very efficient, she said it was no need to return the watch bands, instead she told me to re-gift them, which I certainly will do. Full refund and excellent service. I totally recommend this company to anyone. Go WizeBand....lol!

ISI asked for a copy of the tracking… I asked for a copy of the tracking e-mail because I think that I deleted it by accident and got an answer the next day and the merchandise 2-3 days later.

FIWizeband is worth it Wizeband is worth it! I ordered metallic Apple watch bands on sunday evening and on monday morning received an email that the products have been shipped. Well done! The bands are exactly like in the pictures and seem and feel to be as good quality - time will tell. I needed to adjust my band and found clear instructions for that on their website and a handy tool came with the package. So pleased with the order!

GBWhen my years old Wizeband Vincenza… When my years old Wizeband Vincenza band, which I loved, needed to be replaced, I ordered several new styles. Two of them didn’t suit me, and I was unable to size the one I liked. With no questions asked, the company gave me a full refund and asked me to gift/donate the bands. Amazing service, and I’ll order again from them.

GBExcellent Customer Service Excellent customer service! After placing an order with WizeBand, I realized I purchased the wrong size on a case for my Apple Watch. I emailed the company and Emily replied back that my order had already gone out. However, WizeBand was sending me the correct size watch case separately and asked me to pass along the other wrong size case to someone who could use it. It was my error, yet WizeBand rectified it so nicely. Definitely makes me want to order from them again!
