Great service! Looking for a stylish Apple Watch band I came across the website of Wizeband. So much to choose from! I ordered 3 (2+1 deal) and they arrived much quicker than expected. Although I really loved them they were too big for my small wrists, even after adjusting the size. I contacted customerservice to arrange my return and got a quick and superfriendly reply. They even did some suggestions for smaller bands. Unfortunately those were not the style I was looking for. Emily arranged a full return of my costs and I did not have to return the bands. In line with their environmental goals they asked me to find them a loving home locally, which I will sure do! Hope to order at Wizeband again some day :-)

When my years old Wizeband Vincenza… When my years old Wizeband Vincenza band, which I loved, needed to be replaced, I ordered several new styles. Two of them didn’t suit me, and I was unable to size the one I liked. With no questions asked, the company gave me a full refund and asked me to gift/donate the bands. Amazing service, and I’ll order again from them.
