GBI am thoroughly impressed by the… I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service from WizeBand. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size bands for my watch. When I contacted WizeBand to find out how to exchange the bands for the right size, they responded immediately, are sending me the correct size at no charge and asked that I gift the wrong sized bands in order to be more sustainable. This was my mistake and they totally came through. I will go back to WizeBand for all my watch needs. What a great company!

GBDo not buy from this brand Do not buy from this brand. If there is a problem customer service is non existent. No clear return process. Got an email with a badly written address no return label. Do not waste your money buying from them

They promptly addressed all my concerns about my orders twice, and even followed up on my requests to ensure everything was resolved as expected.
