CAIf I could rate negative stars that… If I could rate negative stars that would be accurate. From the time I placed my order it has been a constant delays and problems. It is so difficult to get a direct answer. It is also difficult to track your package. $34 dollar shipping and it takes weeks Jaxxon tells us. Still yet to see my order. Extremely disappointment!!!

GBpositive experience The chain arrived on time. Very pleased with purchase. One issue I did come across. I was trying to put the chain on by myself, I live alone, and I was having great difficulty in keeping the clasp open and trying to get the ring over it. My fingers kept getting in the way. I eventually got it hooked, and it looks great.

GBExcellent customer service I bought a Cuban link chain back in 2021 and wore it everyday since. Yesterday, the spring on the clasp broke and I reached out to inquire about possibly buying a new clasp. The representative, Lhyza, instead offered for me to return my chain and I would be given a gift card for the amount I paid for it so I could buy a brand new one. I was not expecting this at all, but it made for an AWESOME experience. I was already a fan of JAXXON, but they’ve officially earned me as a customer for life.
