GBpositive experience The chain arrived on time. Very pleased with purchase. One issue I did come across. I was trying to put the chain on by myself, I live alone, and I was having great difficulty in keeping the clasp open and trying to get the ring over it. My fingers kept getting in the way. I eventually got it hooked, and it looks great.

GBProducts are not made to last I was gifted a tennis bracelet from my bf for my birthday in March. Within not even 2 months of wearing it, it broke and fell off. Since the company technically deems it as “lost,” I’m not within their 30 day window. So I’m out the money on a tennis bracelet. Which is a shame because I love the design, but despite what the company says, the items are not made to last. I was following a lot of people who use this jewelry. I will no longer be one because I can’t afford to have things breaking and falling off within 2 months of wearing. Although I know the company cannot send out jewelry every time someone claims it is lost, I have given ample order information to support that I did in fact purchase recently.
