CAIf I could rate negative stars that… If I could rate negative stars that would be accurate. From the time I placed my order it has been a constant delays and problems. It is so difficult to get a direct answer. It is also difficult to track your package. $34 dollar shipping and it takes weeks Jaxxon tells us. Still yet to see my order. Extremely disappointment!!!

GBDiscolor Quickly ***UPDATE: Cece from JAXXON reached out and made it right! Always good knowing that a company will stand behind their product. Would definitely recommend! I understand that my product was outside of the 30 day warranty, but I feel like a company should stand by their product a lot better than my experience. My gold chain is completely discolored after just a couple months of wear.

GBpositive experience The chain arrived on time. Very pleased with purchase. One issue I did come across. I was trying to put the chain on by myself, I live alone, and I was having great difficulty in keeping the clasp open and trying to get the ring over it. My fingers kept getting in the way. I eventually got it hooked, and it looks great.
