Discolor Quickly ***UPDATE: Cece from JAXXON reached out and made it right! Always good knowing that a company will stand behind their product. Would definitely recommend! I understand that my product was outside of the 30 day warranty, but I feel like a company should stand by their product a lot better than my experience. My gold chain is completely discolored after just a couple months of wear.

positive experience The chain arrived on time. Very pleased with purchase. One issue I did come across. I was trying to put the chain on by myself, I live alone, and I was having great difficulty in keeping the clasp open and trying to get the ring over it. My fingers kept getting in the way. I eventually got it hooked, and it looks great.

Products are not made to last I was gifted a tennis bracelet from my bf for my birthday in March. Within not even 2 months of wearing it, it broke and fell off. Since the company technically deems it as “lost,” I’m not within their 30 day window. So I’m out the money on a tennis bracelet. Which is a shame because I love the design, but despite what the company says, the items are not made to last. I was following a lot of people who use this jewelry. I will no longer be one because I can’t afford to have things breaking and falling off within 2 months of wearing. Although I know the company cannot send out jewelry every time someone claims it is lost, I have given ample order information to support that I did in fact purchase recently.

No warranty!!? Gold rubbed off!!? This was my third purchase with JAXXON. I purchased a braided bracelet which initially I really loved, it had a faulty clasp when it was delivered so I had to get it swapped out with a new one which was really no issue. It’s been about 8 months now and the gold has completely rubbed off, it now looks like a silver bracelet. I talked to a chat specialist to see about having it replaced and they told me that JAXXON has absolutely no warranty on their products which is a complete disaster in my opinion and something that would stop me from ever wanting to make another purchase or recommend this company to anyone. Jewelry should be an investment but now I see that I made a mistake with my brand choice as they cannot last even a year without being completely worn out with use.
