GBNo warranty!!? Gold rubbed off!!? This was my third purchase with JAXXON. I purchased a braided bracelet which initially I really loved, it had a faulty clasp when it was delivered so I had to get it swapped out with a new one which was really no issue. It’s been about 8 months now and the gold has completely rubbed off, it now looks like a silver bracelet. I talked to a chat specialist to see about having it replaced and they told me that JAXXON has absolutely no warranty on their products which is a complete disaster in my opinion and something that would stop me from ever wanting to make another purchase or recommend this company to anyone. Jewelry should be an investment but now I see that I made a mistake with my brand choice as they cannot last even a year without being completely worn out with use.

GBAmazing! My Boyfriend loved the cuban link chain and bracelet I bought him. Best anniversary gift so far. I was amazed at how beautiful the quality was and the craftsmanship. Definitely will consider Jaxxon in the future for more gifts.
