Avoid this company like the plague Avoid this company like the plague. Their form of customer service is to take your money and then ignore you. I bought a bag from them and appears to have been lost in transit; the tracking status hasn't changed for 17 days. It's still, supposedly, waiting to be cleared by customs. I've contacted them on several occasions and they haven't had the common decency to respond. I even warn them that if they didn't provide a refund I would contact PayPal; that didn't move them to any action either.

The item is extremely poor quality and… I am modifying this review as I have rec'd very quick contact from Bagsmart and a partial refund. The item is extremely poor quality and undersize. Not like the description online (which has now miraculously disappeared). I would no use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

I really like the brand I really like the brand, they think of every useful detail to store belongings. I am from Guatemala and I recently made a purchase from my country and the communication to make the shipment effective is very good.
