Scam. Don't buy from this company My order never arrived. Ordered two bracelets for Valentine's Day and paid for express processing. Despite multiple email enquiring the progress, the team just keeps telling me the order is being processed and will be with me asap. One staff member told me my order was definitely being processed, only to deny at a later stage saying they need to wait for restock and it's not ready yet. The changing explanation and delays start to look suspicious as they fail to provide any processing or shipping information. I only get a refund when I threaten to make an application for credit chargeback. Guys don't buy from this store!

Never got my order and no update Never got my order and no update Order # 372074 Order was placed on Feb 6, I paid for quicker processing and expedited shipping for my anniversary. Last update was Feb 8 saying that it’s getting customized. I’ve emailed support but aside from newsletters I haven’t heard from them.

Bracelets are great quality Bracelets are great quality - heavy duty and not flimsy or too bendable. The personalization is why I gave this a 4/5 stars. I wish the numbers were just a little larger and more centered. They’re closer to the top of the bracelet than in the middle. But that’s no big deal. I still love it! 🥰
