CAI bought a pair of rings I bought a pair of rings, and for starters it took more time to ship of what the website says, second; after they finally ship it from Europe to Canada, the delivery company says my items are delivered and no they are not… Customcuff isn’t answering customer support and I’m asking for my money back…. Its a very annoying purchase experience from this website…. Poor poor service…

AUprepared myself not to expect so fast delivery I ordered Custom Minimal Charm Necklace set/gold for myself and my husband to surprise my husband and I received it in 9 business day in Sydney. Before i made my purchase i read reviews of trustpilot and just prepared myself not to expect so fast delivery. And after all i am really happy for product, tracking and delivery. But still i wanted to know estimated arrival date. I wish CC really should try to inform us with estimated arrival date which sets clear expectations for us and stay calm… not get nervous checking tracking everyday. The product was exactly what I expected. It is beautiful and good quality. My husband loved it so much. We absolutely love to have beautiful and unique necklace with our newborn’s birth data on it. Hope to wear it for long and keep it for our daughter.

CAShipping issues When I reached out about my package being returned to sender, you said you would get back to me after 5 business days. Two weeks went by and you guys still did not reach out to me, so I had to email you guys once again stating I just wanted a refund. I get that I couldn’t get the refund due to the fact that my bracelets are custom made but the fact that you guys couldn’t even cover the re-shipping fee is very disappointing!
