I wish the numbers were just a little larger and more centered. They’re closer to the top of the bracelet than in the middle. But that’s no big deal. I still love it! 🥰

Very long delivery time... I ordered two bracelets on Feb 6th and it's now Feb 28th and I still don't have them. I have had contact with the customer service but they told me that because of the amount of orders they got for Valentine's day there was a delay. If you can't keep up with your orders you shouldn't promise something to be delivered in 3-5 days...

Shipping issues When I reached out about my package being returned to sender, you said you would get back to me after 5 business days. Two weeks went by and you guys still did not reach out to me, so I had to email you guys once again stating I just wanted a refund. I get that I couldn’t get the refund due to the fact that my bracelets are custom made but the fact that you guys couldn’t even cover the re-shipping fee is very disappointing!
