So this is what I will say- I was not provided tracking information which could have avoided all of this BUT when I finally received my order- it was exactly what I was expecting. I think if they provide tracking information they will have a better go at it. The item quality I do like.

GGHorrible horrible company. Horrible horrible company. Top was sized too small and terrible quality. Like others I wish I’d read reviews before purchasing and as they won’t refund me all I can do is warn others to this scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!

GBWould give one star if I could. Would give one star if I could. Clothes are garbage material, nothing like the pictures, cheap rubbish. Also smelled bad like they had been packaged in boxes for a long long time. Tried to refund AND THEY DONT REFUND IF IT DOESN'T FIT YOU. I spent £60 and will see none of it back and left with 2 awful dresses. Stay away. Do not buy anything from them.

GBI deleted my first 2 reviews as Elena… I deleted my first 2 reviews as Elena did arrange for my refund to be processed which I’m grateful for. I do still need to point out though that the reason for this was so that I would delete my negative review. That’s not the best way to run a business and you need to offer customers a fair returns policy, something you need to look at.
