AUAmazing website Amazing website even for a person with chronic anxiety like me. My sister also bought here without problems, she loved it, she has amazing clothes and there is a better chance that it will fit me (I am SMALL, but my hips are a bit bigger), usually almost nothing fits me. I was surprised by the free shipping offers. Overall this was the best online shopping experience you could ask for. I would recommend this site to anyone.

GBBeware! I’m beyond frustrated trying to return my items because they completely ruined my plans! I placed an order for 2 pieces on April 1st with a promised delivery window of 5-6 days, but they didn’t send it until April 26th! When I requested a return, they had the audacity to offer only a measly 10% refund as an apology! It’s ridiculous! Dealing with this brand has been a colossal waste of time. Beware, or you’ll find yourself tangled in their web of broken promises! 🫸🏻

GBAvoid this company Avoid this company! Like many of the reviews on here, this company is a shambles! Misleading, using images that do not belong to their actually items. The material is absolutely awful. The items that they are charging make sense if they are linen material but having received my order I knew before taking them out of the bag there was no linen used at all. One of the items a long shirt looks hideous, completely different colour, the shape is completely wrong and the material is the cheapest they could find! I’m trying to return all the items purchased and get the repeated e mail response back from Elena asking me why I’m returning the items. Whatever you do, do not buy from this company! How they can operate is beyond me. Doesn’t deserve one star!

AUabsolutely terrible! absolutely terrible!! ordered a sleepwear set on april 15th, delivery to australia states 6-10 business days for standard delivery. I emailed on april 26th as i could see they hadn’t even been shipped out they stated their team were on a “much needed team building trip” and my order would be shipped that day. It then wasn’t shipped until april 30th. I requested a refund as it was their fault it hadn’t been shipped out and they’d falsely advertised and i wasn’t going to receive the parcel anymore as by the time they would be delivered i would no longer be at the address. they refused to refund it (their site says “easy returns and exchanges”) and asked if i could get my neighbours to collect my parcel?? they were only offering compensation that was for their store. terrible communication, no accountability and false information provided on their site.
