GBI deleted my first 2 reviews as Elena… I deleted my first 2 reviews as Elena did arrange for my refund to be processed which I’m grateful for. I do still need to point out though that the reason for this was so that I would delete my negative review. That’s not the best way to run a business and you need to offer customers a fair returns policy, something you need to look at.

GBBad quality, unable to return items The standard of product is not good. The sizing is also not very good. Main issue is you cannot return, therefore if you are not happy with the quality of the product or it doesn't fit due to their sizing being totally off, then it's tough luck you have to keep it, which in this day and age I just find bizarre.

USThey need to provide tracking information Update- I have finally received my order. So this is what I will say- I was not provided tracking information which could have avoided all of this BUT when I finally received my order- it was exactly what I was expecting. I think if they provide tracking information they will have a better go at it. The item quality I do like.

USGood Customer Service This is an update from my first review highlighting my displeasure with this company. Since that time Elena has sent me several emails trying to correct the situation. I have to give credit where credit is due, and she has answered every email and I respect that. I will wait and see if Like My Choice follows through with their promise, and until that time I will remain neutral.
