AVOID Please do not use this website. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased 2 dresses. Both items were in my opinion cheap copies of the items pictured on the website which advertises on Instagram. Bought a linen blend dress which is 100% polyester ( label inside dress) The cut is awful and the material is very cheap . Elena must be a very very busy lady as every email response is from her ... clearly a bot. Refund policy is also fake as refund is not an option. I was offered a 20% refund, which does not even cover the cost of one of the dresses . Please AVOID !!!! And Instagram STOP promoting these dishonest websites .

I deleted my first 2 reviews as Elena… I deleted my first 2 reviews as Elena did arrange for my refund to be processed which I’m grateful for. I do still need to point out though that the reason for this was so that I would delete my negative review. That’s not the best way to run a business and you need to offer customers a fair returns policy, something you need to look at.

absolutely terrible! absolutely terrible!! ordered a sleepwear set on april 15th, delivery to australia states 6-10 business days for standard delivery. I emailed on april 26th as i could see they hadn’t even been shipped out they stated their team were on a “much needed team building trip” and my order would be shipped that day. It then wasn’t shipped until april 30th. I requested a refund as it was their fault it hadn’t been shipped out and they’d falsely advertised and i wasn’t going to receive the parcel anymore as by the time they would be delivered i would no longer be at the address. they refused to refund it (their site says “easy returns and exchanges”) and asked if i could get my neighbours to collect my parcel?? they were only offering compensation that was for their store. terrible communication, no accountability and false information provided on their site.

Avoid this company Avoid this company! Like many of the reviews on here, this company is a shambles! Misleading, using images that do not belong to their actually items. The material is absolutely awful. The items that they are charging make sense if they are linen material but having received my order I knew before taking them out of the bag there was no linen used at all. One of the items a long shirt looks hideous, completely different colour, the shape is completely wrong and the material is the cheapest they could find! I’m trying to return all the items purchased and get the repeated e mail response back from Elena asking me why I’m returning the items. Whatever you do, do not buy from this company! How they can operate is beyond me. Doesn’t deserve one star!

Yet another thieving company who try to make it impossible to return anything even though their policy says returns are easy. Instagram should be ashamed of themselves promoting companies that are just out here robbing people. I want a full refund, Ilikemychoice. Make it happen.
