They need to provide tracking information Update- I have finally received my order. So this is what I will say- I was not provided tracking information which could have avoided all of this BUT when I finally received my order- it was exactly what I was expecting. I think if they provide tracking information they will have a better go at it. The item quality I do like.

Only leaving 1 star as can’t leave a… Only leaving 1 star as can’t leave a review with none. Avoid avoid avoid. Yet another thieving company who try to make it impossible to return anything even though their policy says returns are easy. Instagram should be ashamed of themselves promoting companies that are just out here robbing people. I want a full refund, Ilikemychoice. Make it happen.

absolutely terrible! absolutely terrible!! ordered a sleepwear set on april 15th, delivery to australia states 6-10 business days for standard delivery. I emailed on april 26th as i could see they hadn’t even been shipped out they stated their team were on a “much needed team building trip” and my order would be shipped that day. It then wasn’t shipped until april 30th. I requested a refund as it was their fault it hadn’t been shipped out and they’d falsely advertised and i wasn’t going to receive the parcel anymore as by the time they would be delivered i would no longer be at the address. they refused to refund it (their site says “easy returns and exchanges”) and asked if i could get my neighbours to collect my parcel?? they were only offering compensation that was for their store. terrible communication, no accountability and false information provided on their site.
