Beware! I’m beyond frustrated trying to return my items because they completely ruined my plans! I placed an order for 2 pieces on April 1st with a promised delivery window of 5-6 days, but they didn’t send it until April 26th! When I requested a return, they had the audacity to offer only a measly 10% refund as an apology! It’s ridiculous! Dealing with this brand has been a colossal waste of time. Beware, or you’ll find yourself tangled in their web of broken promises! 🫸🏻

Prior to ordering Prior to ordering, I was a little skeptical not knowing if I can trust the site. However, after ordering the wrong item and needed to cxl or exchange, I had the greatest opportunity to chat with Elena and she made the process so easy and very accommodating to my request. I was able to change my item to something completely different and waived the difference in price so I did not have to pay the balance. That’s what you call great customer service at its BEST! Thank you Elena again for all your help and will buy again from them. You are SUPERB

AVOID Please do not use this website. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased 2 dresses. Both items were in my opinion cheap copies of the items pictured on the website which advertises on Instagram. Bought a linen blend dress which is 100% polyester ( label inside dress) The cut is awful and the material is very cheap . Elena must be a very very busy lady as every email response is from her ... clearly a bot. Refund policy is also fake as refund is not an option. I was offered a 20% refund, which does not even cover the cost of one of the dresses . Please AVOID !!!! And Instagram STOP promoting these dishonest websites .

Good Customer Service This is an update from my first review highlighting my displeasure with this company. Since that time Elena has sent me several emails trying to correct the situation. I have to give credit where credit is due, and she has answered every email and I respect that. I will wait and see if Like My Choice follows through with their promise, and until that time I will remain neutral.

They need to provide tracking information Update- I have finally received my order. So this is what I will say- I was not provided tracking information which could have avoided all of this BUT when I finally received my order- it was exactly what I was expecting. I think if they provide tracking information they will have a better go at it. The item quality I do like.
