Product detail pages DO NOT STATE that discounted items are final sale, and it IS NOT shown in the checkout flow even though support staff state it is. The Returns FAQ is poorly worded and does not make this clear. This is not the norm with other online retailers. Extremely inflexible support staff completely unwilling to help find a solution. Do yourself a favor and find a merchant that cares about their customers -- AVOID BODEGA.

GBNo issues for me so far I ordered two items from the online shop, had no issues with it so far. Prices were solid, shipping took about a week for both items which is reasonable. My only concern is how dirty the packages are on the outside. Products were never damaged, but that's just something I like to keep in mind. I see there's a lot of negative reviews for Bodega on this site, maybe I'm just lucky, who knows *knocks on wood*.

GBAwesome Experience! Several months ago I wrote a review regarding shipping delays with Bodega and how bad they have gotten. Well, I’m here to say it looks like Bodega has resolved their fulfillment issues. I ordered the Bodega x Asics Gel-NYC when they released on September 29th. and I received my order today - well packaged, without a hitch. That’s 5 days total from drop to delivery. Thanks Bodega! Looking forward to doing business with you again soon. PS: these shoes are fire, one of your best collabs of all time in my opinion. :-)

GBYes, there was a wait but Bodega delivered! I am leaving this review as I saw a lot of negative reviews here that made me hesitant to buy from Bodega originally. I found at Bodega an item at a significantly discounted price. I am happy to report that the transaction was very smooth. Yes, I had to wait some time for the item to ship but Bodega was very clear about that right from the start. Ultimately I received the item within a month as they promised.

GBAvoid this "business" Bought items on sale, waited the 21 days as expected. No progress, reached out to cancel. Now 25 BTW... They claim they cannot accept any cancelation on sale items. Every business practice Bodega engages should be seen as a RED FLAG; marking stuff down on sale (somehow this qualifies it as being non cancellable), giving some arbitrary meaningless timeline to ship (Covid's over bro) and then being useless at customer service. They seriously must think people are too stupid to file disputes with their credit card companies.
