GBNo issues for me so far I ordered two items from the online shop, had no issues with it so far. Prices were solid, shipping took about a week for both items which is reasonable. My only concern is how dirty the packages are on the outside. Products were never damaged, but that's just something I like to keep in mind. I see there's a lot of negative reviews for Bodega on this site, maybe I'm just lucky, who knows *knocks on wood*.

FRWorst customer experience I ever had Worst customer experience I ever had. - super expensive delivery fees. - takes at least 10 days to send the order. - cancelled half the order. - don’t refund the delivery fees on cancelled items. I tried discussing this matter with the support, they think they’re too cool to be helpful. Life is too short to spend it dealing with Bodega cool kids.

GBWould order from them again In an odd turn of events, I placed two orders separately and received them within Bodega’s fulfillment and shipping time frame. Both items purchased were quick strike (non-returnable/refundable) items that were at a discount. I can’t knock them. Customer service answered my emails within the hour. Spoke with Taylor and they were helpful in providing Bodega fulfillment and shipping timelines after reading these reviews. I ordered 2/5/23 and both items were fulfilled and delivered to me by 2/15/23. I’d order from them again but always know that YMMV based on these reviews. Thanks Bodega.

GBAwesome Anyone looking for an exclusive pair of shoes? Bodega is the right place for you. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, just order correctly and make sure you’re positive of the item you’re buying and you’ll have no problem at all. Since I’m based in LA, my package arrived within 2 days of shipping. Got my hands on a pair of Puma exclusives that are pretty much sold out everywhere else. Definitely buying from here again! Would highly recommend and completely satisfied with my order. Thank you Bodega🔥🔥

GBAvoid this "business" Bought items on sale, waited the 21 days as expected. No progress, reached out to cancel. Now 25 BTW... They claim they cannot accept any cancelation on sale items. Every business practice Bodega engages should be seen as a RED FLAG; marking stuff down on sale (somehow this qualifies it as being non cancellable), giving some arbitrary meaningless timeline to ship (Covid's over bro) and then being useless at customer service. They seriously must think people are too stupid to file disputes with their credit card companies.
