GBNo returns ever. Terrible customer service. Won't accept returns. What? haha this stuff is expensive. Responding to their response: Even if the goods are (a) defective, (b) wrong size, (c) low quality, (d) wrong color, (e) order arrived damaged --- for any of these cases, Bodega will still not allow a return. Yes, their no-return policy is extremely strict.

GBSame issue as others are complaining… Same issue as others are complaining about. Accidentally used an old address and then tried to fix it immediately but they say they can't do anything at all to fix the situation. They told me to reroute the package with UPS, but exactly how am I supposed to get a package rerouted with my UPS account it it's being sent to an old address? You can only reroute the package if it's going to your actual address you have verified with UPS. I'm interested to see what happens once it gets marked undeliverable.

GBAvoid this "business" Bought items on sale, waited the 21 days as expected. No progress, reached out to cancel. Now 25 BTW... They claim they cannot accept any cancelation on sale items. Every business practice Bodega engages should be seen as a RED FLAG; marking stuff down on sale (somehow this qualifies it as being non cancellable), giving some arbitrary meaningless timeline to ship (Covid's over bro) and then being useless at customer service. They seriously must think people are too stupid to file disputes with their credit card companies.

CYThe worst support ever The worst support ever. Trying to solve an important problem with customs - bodega messed up with a freaking declaration of items and mentioned something by a mistake. Getting replies from a bot, clearly. Should be on a visible place on their website "We don't give a f*** on our customers and you will count on yourself with whatever we would mess up".

GBWould order from them again In an odd turn of events, I placed two orders separately and received them within Bodega’s fulfillment and shipping time frame. Both items purchased were quick strike (non-returnable/refundable) items that were at a discount. I can’t knock them. Customer service answered my emails within the hour. Spoke with Taylor and they were helpful in providing Bodega fulfillment and shipping timelines after reading these reviews. I ordered 2/5/23 and both items were fulfilled and delivered to me by 2/15/23. I’d order from them again but always know that YMMV based on these reviews. Thanks Bodega.
