GBI also wish I had read the reviews… I also wish I had read the reviews first. Awful service. The repeated automatic emails add insult to injury. No idea if my order will be honored before Christmas. Next step: file complaint with CC company. Received a response from Bodega through TrustPilot instructed me to contact nikz@ their site which I did. Again, no response.

SGAbsolutely horrible shopping experience… Absolutely horrible shopping experience with bodega store. I dont usually write negative feedback or complain online but bodega made me waited for about 3 weeks to ship domestically. If u dont mind waiting for 3-4 weeks then ok. I have to send them multiple emails till the extent I thought probably they can cancel my order so i can buy from somewhere else. I was trying to be polite and well mannered with my words yet ended up giving me the same reasons like the shipment delayed due to high volume of incoming orders. Horrible shopping experience, will never patronise this shop again!!!

GBWould order from them again In an odd turn of events, I placed two orders separately and received them within Bodega’s fulfillment and shipping time frame. Both items purchased were quick strike (non-returnable/refundable) items that were at a discount. I can’t knock them. Customer service answered my emails within the hour. Spoke with Taylor and they were helpful in providing Bodega fulfillment and shipping timelines after reading these reviews. I ordered 2/5/23 and both items were fulfilled and delivered to me by 2/15/23. I’d order from them again but always know that YMMV based on these reviews. Thanks Bodega.

GBBeware of this shop I have entered the discount code for the order, however, this shop get the full amount of money from me. After my tons of complaints via emails, the shop refused to refund the price difference to me. The customer service is just like a robot, they never read your message, they just know quoting their terms and conditions to you and refuse your requests. Just realised this shop got only 2 stars in Trustpilots, not surprised by this poor rating, this rating fully reflected their services and attitude. BEWARE of this shop.

GBAvoid this "business" Bought items on sale, waited the 21 days as expected. No progress, reached out to cancel. Now 25 BTW... They claim they cannot accept any cancelation on sale items. Every business practice Bodega engages should be seen as a RED FLAG; marking stuff down on sale (somehow this qualifies it as being non cancellable), giving some arbitrary meaningless timeline to ship (Covid's over bro) and then being useless at customer service. They seriously must think people are too stupid to file disputes with their credit card companies.
