Disappointed I would take the recent reviews here into account before ordering from Bodega's website. Over the last few years my orders have seen longer and longer fulfillment times (up to a month) and I've had three orders cancelled due to inaccurate inventory on their site. Some of these were items I could have ordered elsewhere, but missed my opportunity by choosing Bodega instead. I'd like to continue supporting them as a local option that carries a lot of brands that I love, but I think I'll have to step away for a bit until they can right the ship.

Hidden Policies Bodega apparently has a policy only noted in their FAQ that certain items are not returnable. Nowhere in the product description nor anywhere in the checkout process was this noted for this particular item. I don't generally read a website's FAQ when I'm ordering- a basic sales transaction should not require this. False advertising. The sneakers run extremely narrow, a fact I could not have known prior, and would not have ordered them if I was in any way made aware that refunds aren't available. Edit based on response- To be clear, all Bodega's response says is that they informed me of the policy when I attempted to return. At no point was this made clear prior to purchase.

Awesome Experience! Several months ago I wrote a review regarding shipping delays with Bodega and how bad they have gotten. Well, I’m here to say it looks like Bodega has resolved their fulfillment issues. I ordered the Bodega x Asics Gel-NYC when they released on September 29th. and I received my order today - well packaged, without a hitch. That’s 5 days total from drop to delivery. Thanks Bodega! Looking forward to doing business with you again soon. PS: these shoes are fire, one of your best collabs of all time in my opinion. :-)

Beware of this shop I have entered the discount code for the order, however, this shop get the full amount of money from me. After my tons of complaints via emails, the shop refused to refund the price difference to me. The customer service is just like a robot, they never read your message, they just know quoting their terms and conditions to you and refuse your requests. Just realised this shop got only 2 stars in Trustpilots, not surprised by this poor rating, this rating fully reflected their services and attitude. BEWARE of this shop.

Yes, there was a wait but Bodega delivered! I am leaving this review as I saw a lot of negative reviews here that made me hesitant to buy from Bodega originally. I found at Bodega an item at a significantly discounted price. I am happy to report that the transaction was very smooth. Yes, I had to wait some time for the item to ship but Bodega was very clear about that right from the start. Ultimately I received the item within a month as they promised.
