Yes, there was a wait but Bodega delivered! I am leaving this review as I saw a lot of negative reviews here that made me hesitant to buy from Bodega originally. I found at Bodega an item at a significantly discounted price. I am happy to report that the transaction was very smooth. Yes, I had to wait some time for the item to ship but Bodega was very clear about that right from the start. Ultimately I received the item within a month as they promised.

Hidden Policies Bodega apparently has a policy only noted in their FAQ that certain items are not returnable. Nowhere in the product description nor anywhere in the checkout process was this noted for this particular item. I don't generally read a website's FAQ when I'm ordering- a basic sales transaction should not require this. False advertising. The sneakers run extremely narrow, a fact I could not have known prior, and would not have ordered them if I was in any way made aware that refunds aren't available. Edit based on response- To be clear, all Bodega's response says is that they informed me of the policy when I attempted to return. At no point was this made clear prior to purchase.

I dont usually write negative feedback or complain online but bodega made me waited for about 3 weeks to ship domestically. If u dont mind waiting for 3-4 weeks then ok. I have to send them multiple emails till the extent I thought probably they can cancel my order so i can buy from somewhere else. I was trying to be polite and well mannered with my words yet ended up giving me the same reasons like the shipment delayed due to high volume of incoming orders. Horrible shopping experience, will never patronise this shop again!!!

Ws charged for membership that I did… Ws charged for membership that I did not register. $4.95 and a charge for $39.95. Complained and promptly got full reimbursement from them. called bank and cancelled debit card, just to be on safe side.

Product detail pages DO NOT STATE that discounted items are final sale, and it IS NOT shown in the checkout flow even though support staff state it is. The Returns FAQ is poorly worded and does not make this clear. This is not the norm with other online retailers. Extremely inflexible support staff completely unwilling to help find a solution. Do yourself a favor and find a merchant that cares about their customers -- AVOID BODEGA.
