Horrible online shopping experience Horrible online shopping experience at this store. Product detail pages DO NOT STATE that discounted items are final sale, and it IS NOT shown in the checkout flow even though support staff state it is. The Returns FAQ is poorly worded and does not make this clear. This is not the norm with other online retailers. Extremely inflexible support staff completely unwilling to help find a solution. Do yourself a favor and find a merchant that cares about their customers -- AVOID BODEGA.

Beware of this shop I have entered the discount code for the order, however, this shop get the full amount of money from me. After my tons of complaints via emails, the shop refused to refund the price difference to me. The customer service is just like a robot, they never read your message, they just know quoting their terms and conditions to you and refuse your requests. Just realised this shop got only 2 stars in Trustpilots, not surprised by this poor rating, this rating fully reflected their services and attitude. BEWARE of this shop.

No issues for me so far I ordered two items from the online shop, had no issues with it so far. Prices were solid, shipping took about a week for both items which is reasonable. My only concern is how dirty the packages are on the outside. Products were never damaged, but that's just something I like to keep in mind. I see there's a lot of negative reviews for Bodega on this site, maybe I'm just lucky, who knows *knocks on wood*.
