Zeko is the best without a doubt Zeko was very easy to communicate with and had a good response time. She also was able to examine the purse in person in a short time after receiving it. She truly is an expert in Chanel authentication and I'm so happy to have used her services. I was incredibly pleased with the response time to my inquiry, their communication, and the photographic examples provided to ensure that I sent the best possible pictures to get my chanel bag authenticated. They offer many other services to where you can actually send your bag to them and they will go hands on with authentication or other levels of authentication as you desire. They were very communicative regarding pictures and ensured that if I sent a picture that wasn't of great quality that they would ask for another photo or another angle or if I missed something. Their response time was impeccable and I received my results faster than originally anticipated...but not sooooo fast that it was questionable! Exceptional service, 100% recommend Zeko was extremely patient with me in my authentication process. My process took about a month to complete (due to delays on my end). I initially wanted my bag to be inspected by sending pictures, however since I had a microchip, I was not able to get clear photos even with a lens. I was very hesitant about sending my bag in as I was nervous about my item getting lost and I was in the midst of moving. But did on a whim with her reassurance and glad I did. Her inspection is much more thorough than other authenticators on the market, I even had one authenticator tell me my bag was fake.
