A GREAT AUTHENTICATION SERVICE! I found Zeko's highly recommended by many people in a Chanel forum to be a top quality accurate authentication service. I was incredibly pleased with the response time to my inquiry, their communication, and the photographic examples provided to ensure that I sent the best possible pictures to get my chanel bag authenticated. They offer many other services to where you can actually send your bag to them and they will go hands on with authentication or other levels of authentication as you desire. They were very communicative regarding pictures and ensured that if I sent a picture that wasn't of great quality that they would ask for another photo or another angle or if I missed something. Their response time was impeccable and I received my results faster than originally anticipated...but not sooooo fast that it was questionable! They even taught me about my own bag as I was calling it one style and they corrected me and said no, actually, this is this specific style and model of your Chanel, which really shows that they pay attention to the items that they're brought and are willing to educate and assist individuals to be fully informed of the luxury piece they carry. Zeko is the Chanel expert you can trust! I am extremely happy with Zeko’s service. Very quick turn around (received results the next day) and gave me peace of mind. I was very skeptical with my item. Zeko was open to hear my concerns and was able to answer my questions to explain authenticity. She is polite, professional, and friendly, and is prompt with her responses, while answering any and all questions you may have. I do not use any other authenticators for Chanel and will be using Zeko’s services for the rest of my life. I absolutely recommend her, her expertise is like no other.

Exceptional service, 100% recommend Zeko was extremely patient with me in my authentication process. My process took about a month to complete (due to delays on my end). I initially wanted my bag to be inspected by sending pictures, however since I had a microchip, I was not able to get clear photos even with a lens. I was very hesitant about sending my bag in as I was nervous about my item getting lost and I was in the midst of moving. But did on a whim with her reassurance and glad I did. Her inspection is much more thorough than other authenticators on the market, I even had one authenticator tell me my bag was fake.
