They were very communicative regarding pictures and ensured that if I sent a picture that wasn't of great quality that they would ask for another photo or another angle or if I missed something. Their response time was impeccable and I received my results faster than originally anticipated...but not sooooo fast that it was questionable! They even taught me about my own bag as I was calling it one style and they corrected me and said no, actually, this is this specific style and model of your Chanel, which really shows that they pay attention to the items that they're brought and are willing to educate and assist individuals to be fully informed of the luxury piece they carry.
