She is polite, professional, and friendly, and is prompt with her responses, while answering any and all questions you may have. A GREAT AUTHENTICATION SERVICE! I found Zeko's highly recommended by many people in a Chanel forum to be a top quality accurate authentication service. I was incredibly pleased with the response time to my inquiry, their communication, and the photographic examples provided to ensure that I sent the best possible pictures to get my chanel bag authenticated. They offer many other services to where you can actually send your bag to them and they will go hands on with authentication or other levels of authentication as you desire. They were very communicative regarding pictures and ensured that if I sent a picture that wasn't of great quality that they would ask for another photo or another angle or if I missed something. Their response time was impeccable and I received my results faster than originally anticipated...but not sooooo fast that it was questionable! They even taught me about my own bag as I was calling it one style and they corrected me and said no, actually, this is this specific style and model of your Chanel, which really shows that they pay attention to the items that they're brought and are willing to educate and assist individuals to be fully informed of the luxury piece they carry. I can't say enough great things about Zeko's. On top of all this they are incredibly affordable! Highly recommend!
