Exceptional service, 100% recommend Zeko was extremely patient with me in my authentication process. My process took about a month to complete (due to delays on my end). I initially wanted my bag to be inspected by sending pictures, however since I had a microchip, I was not able to get clear photos even with a lens. I was very hesitant about sending my bag in as I was nervous about my item getting lost and I was in the midst of moving. But did on a whim with her reassurance and glad I did. Her inspection is much more thorough than other authenticators on the market, I even had one authenticator tell me my bag was fake. I definitely trust her work over others, and definitely will be utilizing her services, especially pertaining to Chanel. She knows her stuff.
