First time in my life I bought 2 … First time in my life I bought 2 pre-loved Chanel bags.At some point I wanted to add them to my insurance policy.First I used a service known to me (used them before to authenticate bags I bought my self from the store).They were very strange about the first bag,said that can not authenticate .The second bag got certificate as "Fake".I was so upset and not sure what to do as I trusted the seller.Someone told me about Zeko's service and I decided to try it.It is a long process ( big time difference).I got very precise instructions how to take photos also I got an assistant who would help me on the way and confirm if the photos are good for the authentication.My assistant name was Riri Ymen.She was a god send.She was ready to help any time of the day and night.Without Her I think I could not make all thise photos.Thank you very much.As I said before,process took some time but at the end I got very professional ,detailed opinion and certificate's for my bags.In the future I would use "Zeko's service again as I can understand how hard it is to evaluate bag only from the photos and there were like 100 photos for each bag.At the end my bags were confirmed to be authentic (❤️❤️) and I am happy and grateful for Zeko's patience and professionalism .Thank you very mich❤️
