They kept me updated through the whole process(with pictures of my actual hat) it was gratifying to see the pride and attention to detail throughout! Sizing was a snap as they provide you with a printable measuring tape to get it perfect. My hat feels like it was made for me because essentially it was!

what a great hat company! I really enjoyed getting a couple hats from these folks. After I placed my order I received regular emails, with pictures, of my actual hats being completed. The updates gave a real sense of working with artisans and not some giant faceless corporation. The hats were done within a few days and arrived within a couple weeks, in a sturdy box with a cardboard form to keep their shape. The sweatbands and hatbands were very well attached and the fit was exactly as I had ordered, using the company's easy-to-use hat-fitting tape you can print on any computer printer. If you really want a hat that fits your exact size head, these folks are a great way to go.

Great service Great service, have always been able to ask questions and have had them answered promptly. Status of the production of my hats and shipping details have always been advised and arrival here in New Zealand eagerly awaited. Five days from shipping to delivery has been the best so far.
