They provided a way of getting my size right, the website has excellent images of designs and gives good descriptions. Following my order, they sent emails to let me know where they are up to in the making. After receiving the hat (in good condition) I had follow up questions which were dealt with personally, very promptly, and politely. If there were six stars, I'd give them.

I own over thirty hats and will not deal with any other company or person for my panama's. A word of caution, there are others trying to make you believe they are the "Panama Hat Direct Co." by misspelling the name and using it as theirs or by using the words in front of their Mall Company.
