Great hats Great hats; I've now had three with one lost and one worn out (which was a cheaper version). Now enjoying a Fedora fine weave with extra brim; looks cool with excellent sun protection. One order was slow to ship but response to my query was good. All delivered in useful packaging which owner should keep for travelling if not wearing. Enjoy.

They provided a way of getting my size right, the website has excellent images of designs and gives good descriptions. Following my order, they sent emails to let me know where they are up to in the making. After receiving the hat (in good condition) I had follow up questions which were dealt with personally, very promptly, and politely. If there were six stars, I'd give them.

They kept me updated through the whole process(with pictures of my actual hat) it was gratifying to see the pride and attention to detail throughout! Sizing was a snap as they provide you with a printable measuring tape to get it perfect. My hat feels like it was made for me because essentially it was!

Classic Fedora Montecristi Fino Fino Just got my Classic Fedora Montecristi Fino Fino. Just excellent and worth the wait while they made it. It is my first Panama hat, so I did my research on quality differences, prices, terms used, and companies. All my research led me to Panama Hats Direct. I must have exchanged 5-6 emails with the Manager, William. He was always a gentleman and answered the questions in detail. The measuring process is accurate, so follow their instructions. Highly recommend this company and their hats.
