Panama hats, and their purchase process, at their finest. The whole experience of buying a hat from this company was exceptional. Ordering was simple and allowed for personal taste and customization. Subsequently, I was kept informed of the progress of my order, including pictures of the hat being made. PHD also supplied videos about the company and the process of hat making, which was so much more involved than I had imagined. So much goes into the production of Panama hats that I am amazed that they cost as little as they do.
